Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at HRSM Enterprises. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
- The item must not be a final sale or clearance item
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personal care items and hygiene products
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include your order receipt or packing slip
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will include the purchase price of the item(s) returned, minus any applicable restocking fees.
You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's or payment provider's policies. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use or wear
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at your earliest convenience. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over PKR 5,000. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us
