Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing HRSM Enterprises. We are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below for important information about delivery times, shipping costs, and procedures.

1. Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

We currently ship to all major cities and regions within Pakistan, including:

  • Karachi
  • Lahore
  • Islamabad
  • Rawalpindi
  • Faisalabad
  • Multan
  • Peshawar
  • Quetta
  • And other cities across Pakistan

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Pakistan. If you have questions about future international shipping options, please contact us.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • During peak seasons (Eid, sales events, etc.), processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days
  • Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping

  • Major Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Express Shipping

  • Major Cities: 1-2 business days
  • Other Cities: 2-4 business days
  • Availability: Subject to courier service availability in your area

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Delivery location
  • Selected shipping method

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over PKR 3,000 within major cities. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time - check our website for current offers.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Courier service name
  • Link to track your shipment
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your order by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Visiting the courier's website and entering your tracking number
  • Logging into your account on our website
  • Contacting our customer service team

6. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders, including:

  • TCS
  • Leopards Courier
  • M&P Express
  • Pakistan Post
  • Other trusted local courier services

The courier service used for your order will be selected based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

7. Delivery Procedures

Signature Required

For orders over PKR 10,000, a signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order:

  • They will leave a delivery notice with instructions
  • They will attempt delivery 2-3 times
  • You may be contacted to arrange an alternative delivery time
  • The package may be held at the local courier office for pickup

If you do not collect your package within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to us, and you may be charged a return shipping fee.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery if the package is visibly damaged
  • Take photos of the damaged package
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe
  • We will investigate with the courier service
  • If the package cannot be located, we will send a replacement or issue a refund

9. Customs and Duties

As we currently only ship within Pakistan, there are no customs duties or international taxes applicable to your order.

10. Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order:

  • Contact us as soon as possible
  • If your order has not been processed, we can modify or cancel it
  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our Return and Refund Policy

11. Multiple Item Orders

If you order multiple items:

  • All items will be shipped together when possible
  • If items are not available at the same time, we may ship them separately
  • You will be notified if your order will be shipped in multiple packages
  • You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments

12. Peak Season Delays

During peak shopping seasons (Eid, Ramadan, Black Friday, etc.), delivery times may be longer than usual due to high order volumes. We will do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible and will notify you of any significant delays.

13. Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be deemed undeliverable if:

  • The address is incorrect or incomplete
  • No one is available to receive the package after multiple delivery attempts
  • The recipient refuses delivery
  • Access to the delivery location is restricted

Undeliverable packages will be returned to us. You may be responsible for return shipping costs and may need to pay shipping fees again for redelivery.
